ETO&#8217;s sign\/trademark is Green Dot. Green Dot (Der Gr\u00fcne Punkt), a figurative trademark, belongs to Duales System Deutchland AG. The Green Dot trademark is registered in Estonian National Register of Trade and service marks. The\u00a0exclusive right to use and further license it in the Republic of Estonia belongs to the ETO in accordance with the license contract concluded with Packaging Recovery Organisation Europe (PRO EUROPE).<br \/>\nAll companies that have\u00a0concluded Client Contract with\u00a0ETO have a right to use the Trademark after\u00a0concluding a license agreement on conditions to use The Green Dot sign on their packages (sale, transport as well as group packages) or their labels.<br \/>\nETO has the right to unilaterally compile a list of goods\/products or packaging materials, on the packages of which the license holder is not allowed to place the ETO sign. The given list becomes binding for the license holder from the moment it is presented to the license holder by the ETO.<br \/>\nETO&#8217;s sign must not be placed on packages, the collecting and recycling of which is not organised by the ETO according to the customer contract entered into between the ETO and the license holder, including packages, the content of dangerous substances in the composition of which does not conform to the requirements of legislation in force.<br \/>\nIn addition to placing the ETO sign on a package, the license holder has the right to use the sign in other ways as well, but only for the purpose of informing third parties about the fact that the license holder takes part in the ETO collecting and recycling system and its financing. It is forbidden for the license holder to use the ETO sign for any other purpose than to inform third parties about the fact that the license holder takes part in the ETO collecting and recycling system and its financing.<br \/>\nThe license holder is obliged not to use the ETO sign in any way, which may damage the reputation and interests of the ETO and\/or Der Gr\u00fcne Punkt \u2013 Duales System Deutschland AG\u00a0or PRO EUROPE. The license holder is obliged to refrain from any activity\/proceedings, which cause or may cause damage or a decrease in value of the ETO sign or any other sign belonging to Der Gr\u00fcne Punkt \u2013 Duales System Deutchland AG.<br \/>\nThe license holder is obliged to refrain from registering the ETO sign or trademarks, labels, trademarks or other marks or their parts similar to or associated with the ETO sign.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to Estonian Packaging Legislation each packaging recovery organization has to have its own trademark.
